As Chief Operating Officer, I lead business operations, financial systems, infrastructure, and logistics. I also share responsibility for business strategy, product development, and creative production.
Business & Financial Infrastructure
I manage the administrative and financial foundations of the business, including registration, contracts, insurance, licenses, documentation, and scheduling.
My financial responsibilities include budgeting, cash flow management, invoicing, payment processing, expense tracking, taxes and quarterly payments, and financial forecasting. This work supports decisions about costs, capacity, and business priorities.
Operations & Fulfillment
I oversee material and vendor sourcing, inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, and returns and exchanges.
My role connects production planning with the practical requirements of preparing and delivering products. I contribute to decisions about materials, packaging, production feasibility, and execution.
Workflow, Tools & E-Commerce
I manage the tools, software, file organization, and documentation that support daily operations, alongside time tracking and capacity planning.
My responsibilities also include e-commerce management, sales consultations, and wholesale and licensing outreach.
Shared Strategy & Creative Production
I share responsibility for long-term planning, business values, product ideation, pricing and revenue strategy, partnership selection, and growth decisions.
My creative production work includes planning, prototyping, testing, packaging, and branding. These shared responsibilities connect the creative direction of Good Craft with the resources, timelines, and processes needed to carry it forward.
